(1) The controller or certifying body may cancel the certificate in the following cases:-
(a) If the client receiving the certificate or the person authorized by such client requests to cancel the certificate,
(b) If it is necessary to cancel the certificate in the event that it is contrary to the public interest as prescribed,
(c) In the event of the death of the Customer,
(d) If the customer is a company or an organized organization, if such organized organization or company falls into bankruptcy, liquidation or dissolution in accordance with the prevailing law,
(e) If it is proved that any condition to be fulfilled while issuing the certificate is not fulfilled,
(f) If any fundamental fact stated in the certificate is proved to be false,
(g) If the key or security system used to generate the pair key is altered or tampered with in such a way as to materially affect the reliability of the certificate.
(2) The procedure to be followed by the controller or the certifying body when canceling the certificate shall be as prescribed.
